The value for money at Friesacher exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-fitted, and had a big TV, bath, and a lovely balcony with views of Untersberg. The location was great, just a short drive away from the center of Salzburg. The staff were wonderful, with the receptionist and the lady making omelettes at breakfast being particularly helpful and friendly.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with one dinner being only slightly better than average. The ambience of the dining room was also average, as we were seated in a small, stuffy room.

Great facilities, beautiful gardens, three restaurants to choose from, delightful breakfast with a variety of options, pool/spa/sauna, bikes/umbrellas to borrow.

The hotel had excellent amenities, with modern, updated rooms and a spacious bathroom. Each room had individual climate control and a large HD TV. The free WiFi was definitely a plus. The location was key, being a short walk to the parks and bus stop. Plus, the breakfast spread was wonderful, and the outdoor terrace was a beautiful spot to start the morning.

The hotel did have some downfalls. The service was quite slow, with long waits for an extra bed pillow and limited selections of wines by the glass in the restaurant.

Just a five, minute walk and you're in the beautiful parks around the city. the restaurant is excellent. the breakfast provided a great variety of options, including freshly collected honey. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, immaculate and well decorated. the view is fantastic, especially from the balcony. the facility is top, notch with a great swimming pool, sauna, massage services and other activities.

I had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in a quiet suburb of Salzburg. The complimentary breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, and the pool provided a refreshing escape. Although there is no air conditioning, the hotel staff assured me that Anif rarely gets too hot. I highly recommend this hotel for a great deal.

Spa and Pool Area: The spa at this hotel was like an oasis of relaxation. While the pool was a little chilly, the serene and tranquil atmosphere made up for it. With no hot tub available, I found solace in the quiet room, reminiscent of a beach getaway.
